Dear Lloyd,
Some feedback
after 3 months of some of your treatment--I am living in Florida
and 52 yrs. old. Appreciate any input.
I read
your book with much interest and subsequently ordered some
products from you about 3 months ago. I thought I would share
my story—even though my hepatitis c symptoms are so mild compared
to many others. I also realize that you receive many e-mails,
calls, etc. and I am one of many. But your story is so spectacular
and would be interested in any comments you might impart.
I discovered
I had Hepatitis C in late summer of 1999. Since heart disease
ran in my family I decided to go through chelation treatments
and thus discovered this through some blood work. At that
time AST 66 and ALT 66.
While
adjusting to the shock of having the disease, I did much
research via internet, books, support group in area and went
to 2 gastroenterlogists (one even assumed and stated that
I had probably lived a wild life style since I had lived in
California—can you believe?) Also, had a botched liver biopsy
and liver/spleen scan. So after going through all of this
information, I decided that the current FDA approved treatment
of interferon/ribitron was not for me.
In May
2000 started TCM treatment with a Dr. Z., M.D.. My liver
enzymes seemed to stay in a slightly elevated range while
viral counts going up. Dr. Z. didn’t seem to think I had a
serious case at this point and to hold off it possible and
in 5 years hopefully more solutions on the pipeline. Kept
on herbal treatment from May 2000 to Jan. 2002.
February
2002 started a partial regiment from your book of:
Lipotrope
(1 3x’s day) |
Licorice
Root (1 2x’s day) |
Dandelion
Root (1 3x’s day) |
Milk
Thistle (1 3x’s day) |
Lipoic
(1 2xs’ day) |
Thymus
(1 vial every other day) |
Aloe
Vera (4 oz. 2 x’s day) |
Calcium(2
1x day) |
Reishi
mushrooms (2 1 x day) |
Alfalfa
(1 2x’s day) |
Diet not
too bad but definitely could use improvement. I have a weakness
for ice cream and having wine weekly—not everyday and a significant
decrease from what I used to do. Realize I should drink at
all.
Had my
first month test after starting your partial regiment. ALT
77 and AST 74 (increased). My viral load the same, but down
iu/ml. Not sure what H copies/ml and H iu/ml mean. I was
surprised with the higher ALT and AST.
My gut
reaction is to continue your program for at least 3 more months.
I probably expected a miracle in 3 months. My iron is high
(233) and platelet count low (112). Can you offer any comments?
Am I too impatient?
It seemed
to me that many people that commented in your testimonial
section of your book had first done the interferon treatment,
then your program. Any correlation comments?
Have
you heard anything re”peg-intron/regbetol treatment now approved
by FDA with supposedly 60% success rate?

Thanks
so much for your time. (Thanks for your persistence and sharing
of information)

Hi J.,
I believe
I know excatly what the problem is. Had I been informed of
this, I would have told you in advance. If you have a iron
overload in the liver, chances are you will not see better
numbers no matter what you do.
One needs
to remove the iron first. This is done by removing a
pint of blood a week until the iron level is with in the reference
range. Usually 4 to 7 pints will do it.
Most doctors
will not write a prescription for this procedure because there
malpractice insurance does not protect them from liability
for this procedure. One has better luck going to a keleation
doctor to get this done as they usually know the need for
the procedure and perform it. I have clients that do
see 8 to 10 doctors to attempt to get this done and the doctors
just will not do it.
The second
thing you failed to do is DRINK my TEA's. The teas make
a real difference especially with the AST and ALT. You
may have not seen high numbers with Dr. Zhangs program because
your iron levels were not as high then. As the iron levels
rise, so will the AST and ALT. Once you remove the iron to
normal levels, it almost always stays normal. HCV loves iron.
Once you get it out, you will improve.
It is
true that 65% of the people who are on my program have used
interferon's. I have not seen any difference in the
rate of improvement of AST or ALT with people who have done
interferon or not used it.
I do see
that people who have used interferon's have low platelets,
low red blood counts, low Albumin, sky rocketing viral loads
and are in generally poor health compared to people who have
not used it. As far as Peg Intron goes, read my message
board. I hear the most god auful horror stories about
the stuff that I feel like I am in the tylight zone. The
stuff is going to go down in history the same as tobbaco,
Glorified Poisen for Profit.
Get the
Iron Out!, Drink my tea's.
In Good
Health,
Lloyd
